Cork Dork (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://www.corkdork.io and the Cork Dork mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to https://www.corkdork.io and use of the Cork Dork mobile application, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

We use your data to provide and improve our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitute your agreement with us (“agreement”).

2. Definitions

SERVICE means the https://www.corkdork.io website and Cork Dork mobile application.

4A. Google Sign-In and Google User Data

Cork Dork allows users to create an account or sign in using Google Sign-In. If you choose to sign in with Google, Cork Dork accesses the basic account information that you authorize Google to provide. This information includes your Google account identifier, email address and name. Cork Dork does not access your Google password, profile photo, contacts, emails, Google Drive files, calendar information or other Google account data. Cork Dork does not receive or store your Google password.

We use this Google user data only to authenticate you, create and maintain your Cork Dork account, identify your account when you use the Service, synchronize your account and study progress, provide account-related features, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, provide customer support, and improve the reliability and security of the Service.

Cork Dork does not use Google user data for advertising, targeted or personalized advertising, remarketing, determining creditworthiness, or selling information to data brokers or information resellers. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties except to service providers that process data on our behalf as necessary to operate, secure and support the Service; when you direct or consent to the disclosure; when required by law or a valid legal process; or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection requirements. Service providers may use this information only to provide services to Cork Dork and may not use it for their own independent purposes.

Google user data associated with your Cork Dork account may be stored for as long as your account remains active and afterward only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce our agreements. When the applicable retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google user data. These safeguards include encrypted network transmission, authentication controls and limiting access to individuals and service providers that need the information to operate or support the Service. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may revoke Cork Dork's access to your Google account through the security settings in your Google Account. Revoking Google access prevents future authentication through Google but does not automatically delete information previously stored in your Cork Dork account.

You may request deletion of your Cork Dork account and the personal information associated with it by emailing support@corkdork.io. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. We will delete the information unless retention is required or permitted by law, needed for security or fraud prevention, or otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

Cork Dork's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Use of Data

Cork Dork uses the collected data for various purposes: (a) to provide and maintain our Service; (b) to notify you about changes to our Service; (c) to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so; (d) to provide customer support; (e) to gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service; (f) to monitor the usage of our Service; (g) to detect, prevent and address technical issues; (h) to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it; (i) to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection; (j) to provide you with notices about your account and/or subscription, including expiration and renewal notices, email instructions, etc.; (k) to provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information; (l) in any other way we may describe when you provide the information; (m) for any other purpose with your consent.

6. Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals: We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. 14. Behavioral Remarketing

Cork Dork may use remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to you after you visit our Service. Google account information obtained through Google Sign-In is not used for remarketing or personalized advertising.
